The MasterLINE X shuttle table takes just 20 seconds to extend or retract and can easily withstand even the heaviest loads: the structure can be loaded depending on the design with up to 550 kg per m² without any problems.

The following table sizes are available: 3,000 x 1,500 mm, 4,000 x 2,000 mm, 6,000 x 2,000 mm, 6,000 x 2,500 mm, and 8,000 x 2,500 mm. The table construction of the MasterLINE X combines maximum stability, modular flexibility, and intelligent adaptability — for maximum precision even under extreme conditions:

  • Simulation for operational safety: Dynamic and static simulations during the design of the table guarantee long-term operational safety, even under maximum loads, e.g., at maximum acceleration of the cutting gantry.
  • Stress-free stability: The welded machine bed is stress-relieved and vibration-aged. This ensures that the structure remains dimensionally stable even at maximum speed.
  • Modular design: Segmented construction allows for flexible bed lengths, easy cutting grid replacement, and reduced vibrations — for consistently high cutting quality even at higher speeds, resulting in high productivity.
  • Adaptive adjustable feet: The adaptive structure of the adjustable feet developed by ACCURL compensates for foundation deviations and ensures perfect support for the table construction. The result: less vibration and even greater cutting precision.
  • Heat protection for maximum service life: Graphite plates protect against extreme laser temperatures. Thanks to their high thermal conductivity and non-absorbent properties, they prevent thermal deformation and damage. The result: stable, durable components and reliable precision.
  • Intelligent dust extraction – cleanliness and precision even at top speed. Ultra-fast cuts release a lot of smoke and dust in a short time. Intelligent follow-along extraction solves this problem: a zoned system follows the cutting head in real time and increases extraction performance by more than 40% compared to standard solutions.
  • Seamless quality control throughout the manufacturing process: From cutting and welding to stress-relief annealing, precision machining, and final inspection – every step in the manufacturing process is seamlessly monitored.
